Product Availability

We confirm the availability of products within 24 business hours. Although we make every effort to make sure our online catalog list of products is up-to-date, some products may be discontinued. Many of our listed products are also seasonal and we do not guarantee that any product will be available when you visit the site next. We will confirm the availability of products in your quote request list and update your online account within 24 business hours. If a product is not available we will always update your online account quote list with a substitute for your consideration if possible. Via your online account, you can also add and delete as many products as you like as well as edit quantities until your list contains the perfect products for your needs. Each change to your quote list will be reviewed and updated by us within 24 business hours. Changes in quantity may affect cost as we offer quantity discounts on all orders.

Printing Costs

Your account will be updated within 48 business hours Your account will be updated with printing costs within 48 business hours of confirming your printing requirements. Artwork and Packaging Costs will be added to your final invoice. A deposit may be required for some orders requiring printing.

Shipping

Please allow approximately 10 days Please allow 10 business days for delivery for orders within Australia. For products requiring logo printing, please allow 3 weeks. Yes, we do ship internationally. Please allow a further two weeks for international orders. Freight Charges will be added to your final invoice.

Import Duty

Some countries may have Import Duty Some countries may have Import Duty, or similar charges, on the products shipped from Australia.  The recipient of the product will be responsible for paying such duties or charges. Conference Collectables cannot be held responsible should local custom authorities wish to confiscate the products, or charge any import duty.

Returning Products

Your satisfaction is our primary concern Your satisfaction is our primary concern, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with the delivered product, please contact us immediately.   Products purchased can be returned for credit or exchanged within 10 days from the date it was delivered where: l          The product is returned in original condition and packing l          Products that have been customised with printing cannot be returned. l          Products must repackaged in their original box l          Products must be shipped prepaid as we cannot accept COD deliveries. l          We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. l          Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless items arrived damaged and is reported to customer service on day of delivery. l          All items must be in saleable condition to be eligible for a refund. Used or items not reported as damaged upon receipt will not be accepted for credit.
